About the Speaker

Paula Crotty is the Founder of CARED Ireland (Caring About Recovery from an Eating Disorder), a voluntary organisation providing support for families and carers of individuals affected by eating disorders. Drawing on lived experience, Paula has spent more than a decade advocating for improved services while creating a supportive community for families navigating recovery. Her work is centred on the belief that "our experience is our expertise."
